We want you to love your SlimCore vest. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags and packaging.
• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

How to start a return

Email us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with step-by-step instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, and email you a confirmation.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers cover return shipping. For damaged or incorrect items, we cover it.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start a return for a refund and place a new order, or contact us and we'll help.
